A voter’s group in Wisconsin has said they will file a lawsuit against a recent law passed by politicians requiring voters to show a photo ID at polls. The group claims the law violates the state’s constitution, which only gives the state the ability to decline voting rights to felons and people deemed incompetent. “Getting a state ID can be difficult for low-income and elderly voters,” said a spokesperson for the group.
